"The North Orange County Community College District cultivates an equitable learning and working environment to empower our students and employees to reach their full potential. We serve our community by providing exemplary academic programs and support services that foster student growth and attainment of educational, professional, and personal goals. Cypress College and Fullerton College will offer associate and baccalaureate degrees, career and technical education (vocational) certificates, and transfer education, as well as developmental instruction and a broad array of specialized training. North Orange Continuing Education will offer non-college credit programs including high school diploma completion, basic skills, career and technical education (vocational) certificates, and self-development courses. Specific activities in both the Colleges and North Orange Continuing Education will be directed toward promoting personal enrichment, civic engagement, and sustainable economic development."
